Rated 5 out of 5
Tom (verified owner)–
I had a PL092T that was slow(er) to warmup and when it did there was a continued sound of steam erupting from the service boiler as long as the machine was on. I opened the case and observed droplets of water condensation on wires coming out of the boiler probes. At first, I thought it was the water level or temperature sensor, so I took that out re threaded those with teflon, but the sound persisted. It turned out that this item – the female coupler connector dead center of the service boiler – was the culprit. Remove the old part and screw the new one back in. I kept feeding the tube into the new connector until the tube arc resembled the curve of the old one. Machine heats up quick and is silent once reaches OK temp.
