In case the espresso beans are pre-ground or not ground fine enough, this filter basket compensates with a pressurization system in the basket.In other words, if the ground coffee is not consistent in grind fineness because of a cheapy grinder, this basket will help. If the grind quality is really bad, then nothing will help.

This is a 57mm 2 cup basket made for the Lelit PL041, PL41 models. This filter basket inserts in the Lelit portafilter. This will not work for easy serving espresso (ESE aka E.S.E.) pods.
