I was having problems with the frothing knob not closing. Reading instructions for taking the top off the unit I pulled the tap rod and discovered the threads were worn out. I love that parts are available and easy to replace on my Anna unit. In five minutes I had the new rod in and she was back in action. Great products and availability of parts. Thank you.

Quick fix for a heavily dripping steaming wand, so much leakage that I was unable to maintain 8 bar of pressure for coffee extraction. 1st-line video on how to do this job was very clear, and it took about 10 minutes. Make sure you have high-temp food safe silicon grease before you start.
