On Demand Grinding

• Simple touchpad display: Easy to read. Easy to operate. The top number indicates the grind time. Pressing the -/+ buttons underneath can change the grinding time by 0.1-second increments.
• Multiple dosing options: Press the bottom left button for single-cup dosing. Press the bottom right button for double cup dosing. Press both buttons at the same time for semi-automatic dosing.

Grinding Burrs

• Flat burrs: Large size at 55 mm. The larger the size, the more of a grinding surface, resulting in faster production.
• Easy access: Remove the bean hopper. On the back panel near the top, there is a Philips head screw that holds the top panel. Under the panel, there are 2 more Philips head screws that hold the top burr carrier.
• High rpm: Fast spinning rate at 1350 rpm. The higher the speed, the faster the production, which can increase efficiency and reduce wait times.

Grinding Adjustment

• Stepless: Infinite number of grind settings which allows you to fine-tune your grind. Turn clockwise for a finer grind and counterclockwise for a coarser grind. The instructions are written on the grinder in case you forget.
• Perfect positioning: The adjustment knob is located on the top right of the grinder, underneath the bean hopper. This helps keep the overall width of the grinder low compared to other grinders that have it on the side. This also protects it from hitting against other equipment.

Portafilter Fork

• Ease of use: There is a hook that allows you to rest your portafilter while grinding for a complete hands-free operation. Accommodates most portafilters.
• Adjustable: The default distance from the fork to the portafilter hook is ~1.5 inches. The fork can adjust up or down by ~0.5 inch.
• Removable: Easily to install and remove if you want to grind into something else like a cup.

Bean Hopper

• Low profile: The total height of the grinder without the hopper is a little under 9.25″ (to the grinding adjustment knob). The bean hopper adds another 4.25″ bringing the total height to approximately 13.5″. The total capacity is approximately 500 grams of whole coffee beans.
• Set screw: Secures the hopper to the grinder. Serves as a reminder for users to make sure the hopper is empty before removing it.
• Finger guard: Prevents users from “accidentally” putting their fingers in the grinding burrs. Also helps reduce the “popcorning” effect of the beans when grinding.
• Stopper: A door near the bottom of the hopper can slide in to close the opening. This allows you to remove the hopper with beans inside so you can easily change the beans. There will be some beans in the burrs which you will have to grind out first before removing the hopper.
