The Concept Art Wood Tamping Station is one of a few different tamping stations that Concept Art has to offer. The wood trim combination will help accent any home countertop or cafe setting. The rubber feet help prevent slipping around your countertop while tamping. The front notch is where your portafilter will rest when you are tamping. There is a rubber ring lining around the front notch which helps prevent your portafilter from scratching the wood. After tamping, there is a circle indent right behind the front notch where you can rest your portafilter. This indent also has a rubber ring lining that helps prevent scratching the wood. This tamping station is definitely a must-have if you are using a single spout portafilter.
