Bellezza BE.040.012 Bellona Steam Boiler Assembly – Version 1 ONLY

This is the replacement steam Boiler Assembly for Version 1 ONLY of the Bellezza Bellona dual boiler espresso machine. Please note the steam boiler heating element is not sold separately as it is welded into the boiler. This steam boiler assembly can not be retrofitted to any other espresso machine. This assembly includes the PID sensor probe, insulation, boiler refill probe, fittings, and two thermostats, including one high-limit re settable safety thermostat.

Please make sure the machine is dry completely after installation of the new assembly for the steam on the Bellezza Bellona. If there is any moisture, the steam boiler assembly can be damaged. Please take lots of pictures before and during disassembly as we do not provide any support if you have any difficult re-assembling. We also suggest marking wires with tape and marking the tape as to where the electrical connection goes.

Please note that if the heating element went into a meltdown inside the boiler, it means that the boiler was lacking water and the issue of no water needs to be addressed as a new assembly will also damage after installation.

If the heating element in the boiler is not shorted to ground and has no ohm reading, then an electrical surge may have zapped the filament. It is a good idea to protect the espresso machine with a surge suppressor or 1080 joules or more. Do not use distilled, reverse osmosis, purified, nor mineral packets into your water as this can cause issues, as well. These waters, that are too pure, can cause overfilling of the steam boiler, which would cause leaks that can damage the electrical components in your equipment.
