- Roasting: Pre-blended and cycle roasted semi-automatically in order for the taste and smell characteristics of each component to amalgamate better and give the final product quality consistency. Roasting is slightly lighter than for the other coffee bar products in order to highlight the specific features of the superfine coffee used in this blend.
- Taste: The qualified barista will obtain a delicate, aromatic, velvety espresso with sound body, chocolaty quality and fruit and flowery overtones particularly suited to the most refined and demanding connoisseurs. The masterful combination of rare and extraordinary Arabica and Robusta beans give this blend perfectly balanced acidity and well-defined body.

We love these beans. There is crema for days. It is flavorful and rich and consistent. I’d say we have gone thru 50 bags of these beans over the years and have not had a bad batch or ANY variation on quality or freshness. These beans rock.
