The Neapolitan extraction method pairs with cutting edge technology! The ACS Vostok is equipped with two displays that allow you to control all aspects of the extraction, including grouphead and boiler temperatures, pre-infusion pressure and time, dispensing time, and more. In addition, the water and steam wands are controlled using joysticks equipped with multiple lockable positions between full open and full closed. With a short heat up time, your espresso is ready without the long wait.
Show off your unique style! The Vostok comes in different color panels and upright variations. Personalize your machine further with the optional wood accent side panels and handles for an added layer of sophistication.

Honestly I have been making espresso since 2000 had a dozen machines in those years.
ACS Vostok is the best machine I have ever had.
.Rock solid temp stability.
.Reproducing shot is beyond easy.
. Reasonable size water tank and drip tray no complaints here.
. Everything you need to plumb in is included in a super nice box.
. Very easy to put together ships in a crate and you take it apart and put it together no issues there.
. Smaller basket was a non issue for me it uses a san marco lever group and parts are plentiful and easy to find, gaskets baskets dosing funnels screen pucks its all out there.
. Touch screen seemed kind of stiff and non responsive it breaks in the more you use it.
. Nothing but impressed and it has been such a joy to use.
