We cannot guarantee this will fit every E61 grouphead.
Installs and works on most E61 groupheads. We have installed this flow control on Rocket Appartamento and TCA espresso machines with E61 groupheads. Hence, we assume they work for the other Rocket models with an E61 grouphead.
